Hey,

yeah new year, new plans.

2008 was a good year for PJU, we got to travel to countless new countries, meeting cool, crazy & interesting people. We’ve been everywhere from Mexico, France, Belgium, UK, Ireland, Spain, Ibiza, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, Sweden to Istanbul but the highlight was of course (honestly!) the Levi’s Red Tab tour of Germany with MSTRKRFT and Shit Disco. Amazing fun. Big ups to all our friends at Levi’s and in Germany all together.

We did some remixes too with probably the Lykke Li – Breaking It Up as our favorite.

So what’s up for 09?! We’ve been working relentlessly on new PJU material and it’s all coming together amazingly well. We got some very interesting co-labs with really cool artists/vocalists but nothing can be revealed at this minute. The sound will be a bit different from our previous outings, taking the best bits from our remixes and moving it forward.

Following the new releases we will put together a live show with loads of surprise moments, guests, visuals, lights etc.
Total party experience.

Also look out for two new remixes we’ve done, Those Dancing Days – S/T and the new Peter Bjorn & John – Lay It Down, the new single from their forthcoming new album. Out any day now.

Forthcoming PJU remixes will be a remix of the so far unreleased amazing Zongamin – Azzazza track. Killer!

Oh yeah, we’ve also done this t shirt in conjunction with Levi’s Red Tab! It’s designed by Jiro Bevis, most known for his ridiculously cool artwork for Vice magazine and tons of record sleeves, posters, t shirts etc

The design comes in two different colour combos, one which we call *Heatwave* (black t shirt)  and one which is the *3DT*, actually a t shirt with a 3D print, probably the first ever…!?

Both t shirts come with a PJU sticker and the 3DT also includes a pair of 3D glasses for you to check the it in full effect.

Look out for more t shirts from us, we’re working with the great Parra from Le Le and Rock Well label, new amazing talent Yeh Teh from Zurich and PMKFA from Sweden/Japan.

You can get them from our Myspace page soon.

That’s probably it for now. For those of you in Munich, see you at Erste Liga on the 14th of February..!!! Our favorite club, last time was brilliant and sooo busy. Let’s do it again!
Peace Out
